The Coalition for Financial Ecosystem Standards (CFES) has established a selective network of CFES-Qualified Assessor Firms authorized to conduct independent fintech certifications against the STARC Framework (Standardized Assessment for Risk Management and Compliance), CFES standards, and specialized modules.

These firms have completed CFES’s rigorous qualification process, including capability interviews, specialized training, and documentation of expertise across the risk and compliance areas.

CFES-Qualified Assessor Firms provide standardized, evidence-based evaluations that help fintechs achieve CFES certification and enable partner banks to make informed due diligence decisions.
